2010 Launches

Rydal Penrhos School

We are delighted to confirm that Rydal Penrhos are replacing RM Integris with iSAMS. The implementation will take place during December and the school plans to go live in January 2010. We look forward to working with the staff at Rydal and we look forward to launching iSAMS with them.

Rydal Penrhos School are one of 14 schools within the Methodist Education Group and they join Woodhouse Grove School & Queenswood School who also use iSAMS as their Management Information System.

Princethorpe College

Princethorpe will replace SIMS with iSAMS. We are very excited about welcoming Princethorpe as an existing client. The new Headmaster was a previous user of iSAMS at Rugby School and we are very excited about welcoming Princethorpe as a client. We are looking forward to working with all the staff at Princethorpe over the coming months.

Cranleigh School

Cranleigh will replace CMIS this summer with iSAMS. Cranleigh are looking to utilise most of the iSAMS modules including the Parent & Pupil Portals. We look forward to working with them during the summer ready for a September launch.

INTO University Partnerships Limited

iSAMS were recently chosen as the preferred MIS partner for INTO University (INTO). INTO current have eight centres in the UK and will be partnering with a further three universities totalling eleven centres throughout the UK. INTO also have centres in the United States. We were delighted to be selected by INTO as this demonstrates the flexibility of the iSAMS product.

We went live with the first four centres in January 2010 and we look forward to working with the remaining centres over the coming months.

Sutton Valence School

Sutton Valence have been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a few years now. We were invited to demonstrate iSAMS to a select group of senior staff and following a successful demonstration we were selected and it was agreed that the school would launch iSAMS during the summer of 2010. We are looking forward to working with the staff and the migration over to iSAMS.

Royal Grammar School, Worcester

The Royal Grammar School has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years. We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. RGS and iSAMS have agreed a relatively short implementation plan that will see them launch a large number of iSAMS modules with a planned launch date shortly after the Easter holidays. We are looking forward to working with all the staff and welcoming RGS as a new iSAMS school.

Kingswood School

Kingswood have been using Phoenix Gold for several years. They carried out a review of other systems, and we very pleased to learn that Kingswood had chosen iSAMS as their preferred MIS provider. We will work closely with the IT department to implement the system during the summer term with a launch date planned for September. Kingswood join Woodhouse Grove, Queenswood & Rydal Penrhos who all belong to the Methodist group of schools.

Elstree School

Elstree have been running an in-house Access database system for many years, and have recently been reviewing their internal system requirements and it was decided that the in-house system needed to be replaced with a commercial system and iSAMS was the preferred choice. We were delighted when Elstree chose iSAMS. The Head was a previous user of iSAMS whilst he was at Wellington College and was very impressed with the functionality and ease of use for teaching staff.

St Catherine’s British Embassy School – Athens

After a successful visit to Athens by the iSAMS team, St Catherine’s chose iSAMS as their preferred MIS partner. St Catherine’s will be replacing SIMS with iSAMS and they plan to launch a module packed iSAMS system during the summer of 2010. St Catherine’s will also be using iSAMS for their Fee Billing and Accounts.

Millfield School

Millfield are replacing SIMS with iSAMS and they will be going live with their new iSAMS system in September. Millfield conducted a very thorough review of their MIS and this included a number of potential providers. iSAMS are delighted that Millfield chose iSAMS and we look forward to working with them over the coming months. Millfield is a fabulous school and they will join a long list of very successful schools that are using iSAMS as their MIS.

Bedford Modern School

Bedford Modern School have been reviewing their MIS for sometime as they needed to find a system that was capable of replacing their comprehensive in-house system. After they carried out a review of most of the available systems, we were delighted that Bedford Modern felt that iSAMS was the only system that catered for their needs. We look forward to working with staff on the migration and going live in September.

Queen Ethelburga's College

Queen Ethelburga’s will be replacing their in-house system this summer and will be replacing it with iSAMS. We were able to demonstrate the flexibility of iSAMS which is fundamental when migrating from an in-house system. We are looking forward to working with the College over the summer and going live in September.

Framlingham College

Framlingham will replace Facility by Serco this summer with iSAMS. Framlingham have been running a demonstration system of iSAMS for a term and are looking to utilise most of the iSAMS modules including the Parent Portal for both the senior and prep school. We look forward to working with them during the summer ready for a September launch.

Arnold Lodge School

Arnold Lodge School wanted to replace Phoenix Gold and considered many of the MIS systems available on the market before inviting iSAMS to make a presentation. The administration and finance staff really liked the intuitive interface and the IT department were very impressed by the nature of our browser-based environment. After our demonstration, it was an easy decision for the school to choose iSAMS and we look forward to a long relationship with them.

Tormead School

Tormead join a large number of schools that have chosen to replace Phoenix Gold with iSAMS. Following an all-day demonstration we were very pleased that the school selected iSAMS as their preferred MIS partner and look forward to a September launch.

Prior’s Field School

Prior’s Field are another school that has chosen to replace Facility by Serco with iSAMS. Following a demonstration it was agreed that Prior’s Field would implement iSAMS this summer and will go live in September 2010. We have successfully migrated several schools from Serco Facility this year and we look forward to working with the Senior Management Team throughout the migration.

Nottingham High School

Nottingham High have been using an in-house management system for several years. The school wanted to replace their in-house system with a commercial product but didn’t want to lose the flexibility that it gave them. We were able to demonstrate that whilst iSAMS is very intuitive it is also very flexible and customisable. We were delighted when Nottingham High confirmed that iSAMS was the chosen system and we look forward to implementing iSAMS over the summer and going live in September.

Sevenoaks School

Following a number of presentations to the SMT at Sevenoaks we were absolutely delighted when the School confirmed they would be replacing SIMS with iSAMS. Sevenoaks are a very high profile HMC school and arguably the most successful IB School in the world. We are looking forward to launching iSAMS with them in October.

Sherborne Preparatory School

Sherborne Prep now join the other four Sherborne schools already using iSAMS. Sherborne Girls, Sherborne, Sherborne International and Sherborne Qatar. We are delighted that the Prep school has chosen iSAMS as their preferred MIS and this speaks volumes for the success of iSAMS within the Sherborne group. We look forward to working with the staff over the holidays and implementing iSAMS for a September launch.

Northbourne Park School

Northbourne Park have chosen to replace their in house system with iSAMS. We are delighted to be the chosen supplier after the school received presentations from all the other major suppliers. The fact that all staff will now have full access to the MIS from both of the schools sites and from home, was a huge plus for them.

Bootham School

Bootham will replace SIMS with iSAMS this summer. After a very thorough review process we are delighted that Bootham School chose iSAMS as their preferred MIS. Following a number of visits and conversations with existing iSAMS school’s it was agreed by the SMT that iSAMS was the best solution for Bootham. We look forward to working with staff during the summer ready for a September launch.

St. Andrew's School, Turi

We originally met with the Bursar at the ISBA Conference in Harrogate and following a brief demo we were invited to visit the school and demonstrate the system to the SMT. We were delighted that the SMT all agreed that iSAMS were their preferred partner and we were given the go ahead. We look forward to a summer install and a September launch. St Andrew's will be replacing their in-house system.
