2011 Launches
Epsom College
Epsom College has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years and will be replacing it with iSAMS.
We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. Epsom will implement a large number of iSAMS modules
with a planned launch date during the summer of 2011.
We are looking forward to working with all the staff and welcoming Epsom as a new iSAMS school.
Bethany School
Bethany School have chosen iSAMS as their chosen partner following a recent review of their internal systems.
We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS and we look forward to working with the school over the coming months.
Bethany will be implementing most of the iSAMS modules and we look forward helping them through their implementation.
Bilton Grange
We are delighted to report that Bilton Grange have chosen iSAMS as their new MIS. iSAMS has a long
history with Bilton Grange as this is where iSAMS was first developed during a gap year by the iSAMS founders.
We will work closely with the staff at school this term with a plan to launch the new iSAMS system during the Easter break.
Eagle House School
We are really pleased that Eagle House have chosen to replace their in-house system with iSAMS. We will be working
very closely with the Staff over this term with a view to implementing and going live with the new iSAMS system during Easter.
Dean Close School
iSAMS have been selected as the preferred MIS provider for Dean Close School. We were invited to an all day demonstration
where we had the opportunity to meet and present iSAMS to a large number of senior management, administration and academic
staff throughout the day. Following these demonstrations we were delighted to hear that iSAMS was the clear favourite and
we look forward to working with all the staff over the coming months ready for a September launch.
Royal Grammar School, Newcastle
The Royal Grammar School has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years. We are delighted to
have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. RGS and iSAMS have agreed to launch a large number of iSAMS
modules with a planned launch date for September 2011. We are looking forward to working with all the staff
and welcoming RGS as a new iSAMS school.
The Prince of Wales Island International School, Malaysia
The Prince of Wales Island International School (POWIIS) opens in Penang in September 2011. iSAMS were invited to present to
the Senior Management in Malaysia towards the end of 2010. We were delighted that POWISS chose iSAMS as their
preferred partner and we look forward to welcoming another International School client on board. POWISS have
selected a very comprehensive system and will be implementing the vast majority of our modules.
Farnborough Hill
Farnborough Hill have been using Phoenix Gold for several years and like most Phoenix Schools, they need to replace it before the support is withdrawn.
They carried out a review of other systems, and at the final hour we were asked to come and present to the SMT before the final decision was made.
We were delighted to learn that Farnborough Hill had chosen iSAMS as their preferred MIS provider after such a short amount of time.
We will work closely with the staff to implement the system during the summer term with a launch date planned for September.
The King's School Ely
King’s Ely have been using Facility by Serco for several years now. Like a large number of Serco’s Independent Schools,
King’s Ely had concerns over the new product and wanted to look at alternative systems. They were delighted to see that
iSAMS was designed specifically for Independent Schools and following a systems review, it was agreed that iSAMS would be
the best fit for the school. Most of the iSAMS modules will be implemented ready for a September launch.
King William’s College
King William’s on the Isle of Man invited iSAMS to the school to demonstrate to the SMT.
King William’s have been using E1 by Persons but have been unhappy for some time. We have moved a number of schools
away from E1 and Gold and were able to demonstrate this to the school. We were delighted when they confirmed that iSAMS
was their preferred choice. We look forward to working with all of the staff over the coming months.
St Edmund’s College
St Edmund’s College has used Facility CMIS as their main MIS provider since 2002 and also use CJM School Manager
in their Prep School as a secondary MIS package. St Edmund’s are planning a launch date starting in September 2011 and
have chosen to implement nearly all of the iSAMS modules at the same time. St Edmund’s chose iSAMS over rivals as they
felt iSAMS had an established MIS with additional software modules which were not available with any other MIS and felt that
iSAMS met all of their needs as an Independent School.
Strathallan School
Strathallan will be replacing Phoenix Gold during the summer and have chosen iSAMS as their preferred replacement.
We are delighted to be working with another Scottish Independent School and are really pleased that the SMT chose iSAMS.
We will work closely with the staff over the next few months ready for a September launch.
Ipswich School
Ipswich School have selected iSAMS as their preferred MIS partner to replace Facility.
Following a systems review, that included several visits to existing schools using the
various systems that were under consideration, we were very happy to hear the news that
Ipswich School had chosen iSAMS ahead of the alternatives. We look forward to the
implementation and working with all the staff.
Shrewsbury School
Shrewsbury School have been using a very comprehensive in-house system for many years. The SMT at Shrewsbury were suitably
impressed by the functionality that iSAMS could offer and felt that the added benefit of allowing Shrewsbury to continue to
develop their own modules was a key factor. We are delighted to be working with Shrewsbury and we look forward to sharing
as much product knowledge as we can and plan for a September launch.
Braeburn Schools Group
We are delighted to announce that the Braeburn Schools Group have chosen to implement iSAMS in 5 of their schools, across Nairobi,
Tanzania and Mombasa. Braeburn has grown from a single primary school caring for the educational needs of approximately 70
children, to now looking after the well-being of almost 2,700 children. The group had been reviewing
alternative systems for a number of years, but were unable to find a perfect match for their needs.
Following a successful visit to Kenya last year, we are very excited to be selected as the schools MIS partner.
Glenalmond College
Glenalmond have been using SIMS by Capita for many years and were not actually planning on reviewing their MIS.
iSAMS arranged to meet with the IT Manager as we were meeting another school in the area. Very impressed with what
they saw, Glenalmond arranged an SMT demonstration shortly afterwards and it was agreed that iSAMS was a much better
fit than SIMS and therefore, the College agreed to replace SIMS with iSAMS with immediate effect. We look forward to
working with all the staff at Glenalmond.
Bryanston School
We have been working closely with Bryanston for the last six months with the view to replacing their in-house system with iSAMS.
Following a successful system review we are delighted to confirm that iSAMS have been chosen as the new MIS for Bryanston.

Cheadle Hulme School
Cheadle Hulme School has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years and will be replacing it with iSAMS following a
full MIS review that included several suppliers. We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. Cheadle Hulme will
implement a large number of iSAMS modules with a planned launch date of September 2011. We are looking forward to working with all the
staff and welcoming them as a new iSAMS school.
Reigate Grammar School
Reigate Grammar have been using Facility by Serco for a number years now. Like a large number of Serco’s Independent Schools,
Reigate Grammar had concerns over the new product and wanted to look at alternative systems as they didn’t feel that Facility
delivered what they required. Following a systems review and visits to other iSAMS schools, it was agreed that iSAMS would be
the best fit for the school. Most of the iSAMS modules will be implemented ready for a September launch. We look forward to
working with the staff at Reigate Grammar.
Wellington School
Wellington School has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years and will be replacing it with iSAMS.
We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. Wellington will be implementing a large number
of iSAMS modules with a planned launch date during the summer of 2011. We are looking forward to working with all
the staff and welcoming Wellington as a new iSAMS school.
Radnor House
Radnor House is London’s new co-educational independent day school in Twickenham that will be opening in September 2011.
iSAMS are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS at Radnor House. We look forward to working with the staff
throughout the implementation.
Rye St Anthony
Rye St Anthony has been using SIMS by Capita for some time. Following a review of their current systems it was agreed that the School would replace SIMS
with iSAMS as it was deemed to be a much better fit for the schools requirements. Rye St Anthony will be implementing iSAMS over the summer holidays
and will be launching their new system in September.
Solihull School
Solihull School has been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years and will be replacing it with iSAMS. We are delighted to have been chosen
as the preferred MIS provider. Solihull will implement a large number of iSAMS modules with a planned launch date during the summer of 2011. Solihull
join a long list of schools that have migrated from Facility to iSAMS this summer.
Francis Holland School, Sloane Square
Francis Holland has been using Phoenix Gold by Pearson as their MIS for many years. Pearson are going to be withdrawing support for Phoenix Gold so the
school have been reviewing the marketplace for a replacement. iSAMS staff met the Headmistress at the GSA Conference and then again at BETT. We were
invited to meet with key members of staff and following a demonstration at School we were delighted that Francis Holland chose iSAMS as their preferred partner.
Mount St Mary’s
Mount St Mary’s have been using Phoenix Gold for several years and like most Phoenix Schools, they need to replace it before the support is withdrawn.
We originally met at the BETT Show and following this the school carried out a review of other systems. We were very pleased to learn that Mount
St Mary’s had chosen iSAMS as their preferred MIS provider. We will work closely with the staff to implement the system during the summer term with a
launch date planned for September.
Canadian International School, Singapore
Following a visit to Singapore earlier in the year, we were invited to present iSAMS to the SMT. The SMT were very impressed with the system
and shortly after the presentation they arranged a visit with Tanglin Trust School to see iSAMS in a live environment. Following a successful
visit with Tanglin it was agreed that iSAMS should be the chosen supplier. We are delighted to now be working with three schools in Singapore
and we look forward to a September implementation.
Chigwell School
Chigwell School had been using Facility/CMIS by Serco for several years. Like a number of independent schools this summer, they didn’t
feel that their current system was providing them with the functionality required. Following a review of the marketplace and supplier
demonstrations, we were delighted to learn that Chigwell had chosen iSAMS as their preferred partner and we look forward to working with the school.
The Grove School
The Grove are replacing their in-house system. After reviewing the marketplace they were recommended to iSAMS via another school.
Following a demonstration we were delighted when the school confirmed that iSAMS was the chosen system. The school will launch
iSAMS during the half term.
English Modern School, Doha
We were approached by the school as they wanted to replace their in-house system. Following our demonstration and a visit to
Sherborne Qatar it was announced that iSAMS were to be awarded with the contract. We are delighted to welcome another school
from the UAE and we look forward to working with the staff who will be aiming for a September launch.
Kingston Grammar School
Kingston Grammar replaced Capita SIMS with iSAMS and launched their new iSAMS system in September.
The Headmistress was a previous user of iSAMS whilst at Rugby School and we are very happy to welcome Kingston Grammar School as a new iSAMS client.
The school has adopted most of the iSAMS modules available and we look forward to working with the school over the coming months.
Queen Margaret’s School, York
Following an MIS review, it was agreed that the school would replace Facility/CMIS by Serco with iSAMS as their new MIS.
We were delighted to have been selected as the preferred supplier. The Headmaster was a previous user of iSAMS whilst at Benenden School.
It is a wonderful compliment to iSAMS when introduced to new schools by previous users. Queen Margaret’s will launch iSAMS during the January term.
Warminster School
We met colleagues from Warminster at an existing iSAMS School. The Deputy Head was very impressed with iSAMS and in particular, the flexibility of the interface for staff.
We were invited to present to a wider audience at the school and shortly afterwards, it was agreed that the school would replace their WCBS Admin/Academic system with iSAMS.
Warminster went live with their iSAMS system in September.
Royal Hospital School
Royal Hospital had been talking to iSAMS for some time and following a number of presentations and existing client visits, the school agreed to replace Facility/CMIS by Serco with iSAMS.
We were delighted to be awarded with the contract from Royal Hospital.
The school have implemented a very large system and this went live in September. We look forward to working with the project team over the coming months.
