Our help desk can be contacted in three ways - through our help desk website, by phone or via e-mail.

It is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can create requests and update existing requests at any time but
you will only receive responses from our support agents during our support times which are Monday to Friday from
9.00am till 5.30pm.
* As with any software application updates and fixes are applied resulting in some down time. Before
any update goes out which results in any down time we will update our Support Forum with details
of when and what areas are affected.

Our help desk is available via telephone on 01604 654 142. The help desk is open via the telephone
Monday to Friday from 9.00am till 5.30pm.
A voicemail service is available outside of these times. Any voicemail message will be followed up by a
support agent when the telephone help desk opens.

When you contact us by telephone it is usual for the support agent to create a help request within our
