We are now able to provide remote support over the internet using a free application called Team Viewer.
Team Viewer is a simple yet powerful application that will safely and securely traverse any router and firewall
configuration and allow us to view and control your computer as required. This enables us to resolve issues in a matter of
minutes rather than hours and provides the user with the ability to actually see the issues being resolved.
We use Team Viewer where necessary and it would only be used if instructed to do so by iSAMS support.
